1. Who we are

Gratebay is the trading name of SFX Technology Co., Ltd, a company registered in China. Our consolidation and export-packing warehouse is located at 2/F, Hongtai Center, Xincheng South Plaza, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China (广东省佛山市南海区大沥镇新城南广场鸿泰二层). References to "we", "us" and "our" mean SFX Technology Co., Ltd. References to "you" mean the customer using our services.

2. Our services

We provide: receiving and registering goods at our warehouse; storage for the period stated on our pricing page; inspection of goods and delivery of photographic records; consolidation of multiple parcels into a single shipment; packing and crating; and arrangement of international freight through third-party carriers and freight forwarders.

We are a warehousing and freight-arrangement service. We are not the seller of the goods, not the manufacturer, and not an importer of record unless expressly agreed in writing for a door-to-door (DDP) shipment.

3. Quotations and rates

Shipping is quoted per shipment based on weight, volume, route and service level. Rates published on this website are indicative ranges and are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before you ship. Freight markets move, and confirmed quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote, normally 7 days.

4. Payment terms

Receiving, storage within the free period, inspection, photographic records and standard packing are provided free of charge. The shipping fee becomes payable after you have received the inspection photos and given us instructions to proceed. We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal and Western Union. Work does not commence on chargeable services until payment instructions are completed, except where we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Storage periods and abandonment

Storage is free for 60 days from the date the first item of a shipment is registered.
After 60 days, storage is charged at ¥1 per item per day for small parcels, or ¥3 per pallet per day for bulky goods.
Up to 5 shipments may remain on hold unpaid per new customer. Beyond that, unsettled shipments must be paid before additional goods are sent to us.
Goods not claimed and not paid for within 180 days of registration may be treated as abandoned. We will send at least two written notices to your last known contact details before taking any action, which may include disposal or offsetting storage costs. See our Refund & Claims Policy for details.

6. Prohibited and restricted goods

We do not accept counterfeit or replica branded goods, products with built-in lithium batteries, power banks, food, supplements, liquids, cosmetics, e-cigarettes, medicines, plants, seeds, live animals, weapons or goods prohibited by Chinese export law or the law of the destination country. You confirm that all goods you send are lawful for export from China and lawful to import into the destination. Goods arriving that we cannot lawfully handle will be held, returned to the seller at your cost, or disposed of, and we may decline further service.

7. Your responsibilities

Label every parcel with your personal inbound code and provide accurate seller and consignee information.
Declare accurate values. Customs declarations are made on the basis of the information you provide.
Be responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes and clearance requirements unless a DDP service is expressly purchased.
Ensure you have the right to import the goods and that they comply with destination regulations (safety, labelling, certification).

8. Inspection scope

Our inspection is a visual and functional check as described on our QC service page. It is not a laboratory test, certification, or a legal compliance assessment. We report what we observe and provide photographs; the decision to ship remains yours.

9. Risk, insurance and liability

Risk of loss or damage passes to you or your appointed carrier upon handover of the goods to the international carrier, or as set out in the applicable carrier's terms. Insurance is optional and available at the rate shown on our pricing page; where insurance is purchased, compensation for loss is limited to the declared value up to the limit stated in your quote. Where insurance is not purchased, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the freight charges we collected for that shipment, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from customs decisions, carrier delays, force majeure, or inaccurate information provided by you or your suppliers.

10. Claims

Claims are handled under our Refund & Claims Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Service suspension

We may suspend or refuse service where goods are unlawful, where payment obligations are overdue, where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where continuing would breach applicable law or carrier restrictions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through negotiation in good faith; failing that, the courts of Foshan, Guangdong, China have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be dated.
