Small parcels are billed on chargeable weight (greater of actual vs volumetric, L×W×H÷5000). Oversized and bulky goods are billed on volume (CBM) on sea freight. We show the forwarder's original invoice on request.
Every quote we send looks like this — the sellers' original prices and our fees listed separately, nothing bundled. Example: a US buyer consolidating orders from 3 suppliers into one sea shipment.

Up to 5 shipments may wait on hold per new customer before the first payment — after that, settle before sending more.
First 3 seller returns per month are free of service charge; domestic courier cost is passed through at actual price.
