1. Who controls your data

Your information is controlled by SFX Technology Co., Ltd (trading as Gratebay). Our warehouse is located at 2/F, Hongtai Center, Xincheng South Plaza, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Contact us on WhatsApp at +86 156 9201 9308 for any privacy request.

2. What we collect

• Contact details — your name, WhatsApp number and email address, so we can communicate about your shipments.
• Shipment information — seller names, order numbers, tracking numbers, parcel contents descriptions, weights, dimensions and declared values.
• Delivery information — consignee name, address and phone number, where you ask us to arrange final delivery.
• Photographs and video — images of your parcels and goods taken during receiving, inspection, packing and crating, and any photos you send us.
• Payment records — amounts paid, payment method, transaction references and, where required, payee/remitter details for compliance purposes. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications — your WhatsApp and email messages with us.
• Website analytics — anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and country, if analytics is enabled on this site.

3. Why we use it

• To receive, identify, register, inspect, pack and ship your goods.
• To prepare customs and shipping documentation as required by carriers and authorities.
• To quote, invoice and process payments.
• To handle claims, disputes with sellers, and insurance matters.
• To communicate updates and answer your questions.
• To meet legal, tax, customs and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only where needed to perform the service:

• Carriers and freight forwarders — consignee details and shipment data required to transport and clear your goods.
• Payment providers — PayPal, your bank or Western Union, as applicable, to process the payment you chose.
• Sellers and domestic couriers — only when you ask us to arrange a return, exchange or dispute.
• Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by Chinese export law, customs or a valid legal request.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use your shipment photos for marketing without your permission.

5. Photos of your goods

Inspection photos and videos are yours. We share them with you via WhatsApp or a private Google Drive folder. We may keep copies as our service record and for claim evidence. If you'd like us to feature your shipment as an anonymous case study, we'll ask first.

6. Storage and retention

Shipment records, including photos, are kept for up to 3 years so claims and re-orders can be handled. Payment and customs records are kept as long as required by Chinese accounting and tax rules. WhatsApp conversations are retained as long as the business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

7. Security

Access to your data is limited to the staff handling your shipments. Photos are delivered through access-controlled folders. We use standard industry practices to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive personal documents over chat unless we ask for them for a specific customs purpose.

8. International transfers

Because we ship internationally, your shipment details are necessarily shared with carriers and, where applicable, customs authorities in the destination country. By using our service you understand that this transfer is required to deliver your goods.

9. Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need for legal or contractual reasons.
• Object to marketing communications at any time (we'll stop immediately).

10. Cookies and analytics

This website is a static site. If analytics is enabled, it is used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising trackers.
